Purpl Unicorn was founded by Dina Vyapuri in 2019 who believes that displaced migrants have valuable skills and experience which can benefit the host country given the chance and that everyone deserves the chance to better their lives through employment and education.

OUR WORKOUR VISION
We want to achieve equal opportunities by mobilising employers to improve the lives of the under-privileged by embracing integration and inclusion of migrants into their workplace. We believe that companies have the greatest impact when they embrace migrants as economically-productive professionals.
By leveraging their core business operations to hire migrants, integrate them into their workforce, and by supporting migrant entrepreneurs companies create inclusive employment opportunities.

WHAT WE DO
Purpl Unicorn works closely with businesses to help them identify opportunities to help migrants and refugees. We empower displaced migrants through up-skilling training programs, Personal Development and Mentorship.
